Description
“Solace” comes from the Latin solari, meaning “to comfort”. Not only does this candle have the calming notes of Damascan rose and bergamot, it’s also sold in aid of the Hope House charity.
Hope House Tŷ Gobaith is a children’s hospice charity that’s close to our studio (and our hearts). For every Solace candle we sell, Dexter & Mason will make a donation to Hope House Tŷ Gobaith.
The candle itself is a blend of relaxing and reassuring fragrances. There are lighter top notes of Damascan rose, field hawthorn and bergamot, leading to a rich heart of violet, geranium and ylang ylang. The woody base comes from oak moss, powdery amber, sandal and cedarwood.
