Delivery & Returns
We will dispatch your order at the earliest opportunity but, as we are a small manufacturer, we do not have a warehouse full of stock nor a transport fleet. Most orders will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability, while orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Our standard (free of charge) service is Royal Mail second class which aims to deliver to mainland UK addresses in three days. You should allow five working days to receive your order.
If your order is particularly urgent do let us know and we will do all we can to meet your deadline by using an alternative carrier; an expedited service will be charged at cost.
We cannot guarantee delivery timescales as they may be affected by weather conditions, busy periods or other issues which are outside our control once your package leaves our studio.
Breakages & Loss
We very occasionally suffer breakages or lost packages, please report either to us as a matter of urgency so we can rectify the issue for you.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you need to make a return then we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive your order. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided the products are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Please contact us to arrange your return.
